About the online ordering process

As you may have noticed we do not have a full functioning webshop (yet). Therefore we make use of the webshop facility of Etsy.com, or you can order via the contact form on our website. Ordering with us works the same way as with stores who do. You can order via our contact form or by sending an email, including the name of  the model you like. Are you still in doubt about the materials? We can send you samples first! Need more pictures of the details? We will send them to you. Just let us help you through the process!.

Please contact us and make sure you leave your name, e-mail, the name of the Depster bag or type of sneakers you are interested in and all your additional wishes. We will start by sending you samples of the materials you have shown your interest in, to help you make up your mind and finalize your wishes. We have approximately 200 skins available in our Studio but we will be glad to provide you samples of every other material desired.

After very careful collection of all your wishes you will receive an order confirmation and invoice by e-mail. The order confirmation contains the delivery period we estimate based f.i. on the availability of materials and the final price. We will ask you for the payment of a deposit of 25% of your total order price. Upon receipt of your payment, you will get a second confirmation by e-mail and your Depster bag or sneakers are made in our Studio

After finishing we will contact you once more with the good news and send you a picture of your patiently waiting new Depster(s). You are very welcome to come and pick them up in the atelier. You may also pay the rest of the price we agreed upon and your order will be shipped to you. All prices are in euros, including VAT, excluding shipment costs. Shipping is including track&trace and optional with insurance.

Completely designing your own Depster bag

Is none of the models exactly what you are looking for? You can compose a Depster according your personal style and wishes!
You are welcome to visit the atelier, but we are also able to provide you with this composing service online with the use of drawings. You can choose from a the materials we have in our atelier, or send us to go and find something special with our suppliers..

The products we use

For us quality of the products used is very important. The carefully fabricated items are made out of leather, which is a natural product. It is common for these materials to have irregularities in the surface or colouring. Therefore we are unable to guarantee an exact copy of chosen examples. On the other hand, that is what makes your Depster so unique. Please pay attention: dark coloured (dyed) leather may run down and stain on light clothing a little.
. Maintaining your bag regularly— by using a special leather care product— guarantees a longer product life!

If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with your Depster, please notify us within 5 working days after receiving your product and return the product to us within 10 working days. Upon receipt of the bag in good condition, you will be reimbursed the purchasing price —excluding shipment costs— within another week. Please pay attention to the fact that we will not take back items that are uniquely designed for or composed by clients for reasons of dissatisfaction concerning the choices made by the client him/herself.
